- Custom enterprise plans or services already rendered
- Add-on purchases or one-time services that have been delivered

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period. Unused time will remain accessible until the end of the paid period.
